Festival Information

General

1) All Players are required to remove all Jewellery and make sure nails are at the required length before taking to court.

2) All players are required to wear suitable footwear before taking to court.

3) Games will be played following the INF Official rules.

4) All players need to be 18 or over.

5) Umpires will be provided.

Tournament Rules

1) Squads of maximum 12 players with a maximum of five male players per squad

2) A maximum of three male players are allowed on the court at a time and must be divided into one male player per area of the court, divided as follows; Attacking (GA / GS), Mid-court (WA / C / WD) and Defence (GD / GK), i.e. one male player is permitted in each of these areas.

3) There is no injury time, an injured player (this includes anyone who is bleeding) must leave the court immediately and can be replaced immediately by another player. If the injury is serious and the player cannot be moved, the Tournament Organiser will make the final decision on the result for that match based on all the circumstances.

4) The umpire’s decision is final! Please always respect our umpires. Aggressive or negative comments about the umpire or their decisions will not be tolerated. Repeated breaking of this rule will lead to the player, and possibly the whole team, being removed from the tournament.

7) Although highly recommended, players do not have to be EN members to play.

Scoring

Win = 5 points

Draw = 3 points

Loss = 0 points
